PLEASE NOTE WHEN PURCHASING RAW HONEY PRODUCTS THAT THE AMERICAN ACADEMY OF PEDIATRICS RECOMMENEDS THAT YOU NEVER GIVE RAW HONEY TO INFANTS UNDER ONE YEAR OF AGE.
Raw Honey is best stored in a cool dry place out of direct sunlight. It should be stored in an air tight container. Refrigeration is not recommended as it speeds up the crystallization process. Honey will crystallize over time it is ok. While it might not look as pretty, you can bring honey back to its liquid state by placing the container in hot water until the crystals disappear. Honey can be stored indefinitely if stored properly and enjoyed for years to come.
